Site visits, client meetings, and design presentations

Full-scale construction documents/or drawings if needed
Design presentation boards featuring proposed materials, furnishings and accessories.
Collaboration with architects, contractors, workrooms and vendors as needed to ensure quality execution throughout the design and/or construction process.
Procurement of furniture, fabrics, décor and lighting from "trade only" partners.
Custom designs of furnishings, millwork, window treatments, bedding, and floor coverings.
Warehousing, receiving, storage, and white glove delivery services by timely and effective installation crews.
Designer for a Day

If you’re looking for a quick turnaround and want professional interior design insight and expertise to guide you, our Designer for a Day service is for you.
Each of our Designer for a Day options include:
An introductory phone or Zoom call
An 8-hour Design Day with Leigh Anne in your home full of expert advice on how to reimagine your interiors and help you identify your personal style
A Zoom follow-up meeting to address any outstanding questions.

Materials and Finishes, Overall Tips & Direction:
Leigh Anne covers her extensive knowledge on design, materials and finishes, budget strategies, vendors, and styling tips for you to create a space that fits your personal style, filled with elements that you love.
Interior Decoration, Furnishings, Accessories and Shopping:
Leigh Anne will visit with you at your home and discuss her recommendations for styling your space. The rest of the day will consist of shopping either online or about town! We will visit Leigh Anne’s favorite vendors, especially selected for your needs.
